Sweet Vella Dosai – How to make vella dosa at home for breakfast
Sweet vella dosai recipe with step-by-step pictures and video on how to make vella dosai with wheat flour and onions.
One of the easiest yet flavorful and most liked pan cake or dosa is this sweet vella dosai. Let us see the recipe here.
The traditional sweet dosa or vella dosa has got its place since olden days in indian cuisines.
We can use vellam (sugarcane jaggery) or panai vellam (palm jaggery) for this recipe.
Adding onions to this is my personal choice. Onion makes the sweet dosa more crunchy. So, I prefer to add it. You can add or ignore based on your convenience.
Adding bananas, grated coconuts will give rich flavor to dosa. But, if you don’t have any of it, don’t worry you can still make sweet vella dosai without adding it too.
