Wheat flour

Crushed jaggery

Mashed banana

Shredded coconut

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add 2 cups of wheat flour and 2 1/2 cups of water.
Stir / whisk without lumps.
Add crushed jaggery, mashed banana, grated coconut and mix well.
Add salt, baking soda, cardamom powder and nutmeg powder.
Mix them all together.
Batter consistency should be thick and flowing like dosa/pancake batter.
Heat a pan, pour 1/2 cup batter and spread in circular motion.
Let it cook for 3 minutes.
Then flip to the other side and cook for 2 more minutes.
Remove from pan and serve with sauce or any of your favorite chutney.
