How to improve immunity with Honey mixed Amla #Immunity booster | #Appetite Booster | #Hemoglobin booster | Kids tonic

Honey amla herbs mix recipe with step by step pictures and video on how to make it and serve, along with its health benefits.

The super rich anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory food that my mom prepared in my childhood still stays afresh in my memory.

As we had asthma history in our family, my mom used to be very careful with the food we ate and stayed proactive in helping us avoiding asthmatic issues in childhood. Probably this is the reason we did not face such problems in our childhood.

Now, as a mother I would want to do the same for my kids. In fact every mother would like to care for their kids health.

I would like all my family and friends to get benefit of this recipe which we used as preventive measure years before.

We all know honey is very good antibacterial food. The combination of super good anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory ingredients that we add to this mix makes it more healthy and acts as immunity booster. Ginger, Gooseberry|Amla and Dates fruit are key ingredients along with honey.

Health benefits:

This super good honey mix helps in following ways:

  • To boost the immunity – ginger, amla and dates fruit gives very good immunity power to our body.
  • To increase appetite – both ginger and amla boosts metabolism thus increasing the appetite. This can be given to fussy eating kids to boost their appetite.
  • To boost hemoglobin level – the dates along with amla is the best combination of iron and vitamin C. Iron consumed with vitamin C gets absorbed by our body very easily. This helps to get rid of anemia if consumed daily.
  • Honey along with these ingredients helps in soothing sore throat and curing cold related issues.
  • Ginger and Amla both helps in reducing the asthmatic attacks and wheezing problems, if consumed regularly.

It is advisable to eat this dish every morning. For kids 1 tsp honey syrup and for adults 1 tsp honey mixed amla ginger dates would be sufficient. If you like to eat more, I would recommend 2 tsp maximum and not more.

Storage instructions: Store it in airtight glass container. Use clean dry spoon to take it. It stays good for a week to 10 days in room temperature. You can store refrigerator if you make in large quantity and want to store for long time like months.
