Fried fish curry with raw mango – A must try curry
Fish fry is always liked by all seafood lovers. Making fish fry curry with raw-mango is very easy and tasty too. This way, the fish piece stays intact in curry.
Adding raw mango for tangy flavor is best alternative for tamarind. The taste is really yummy when we cook with raw mango instead of tamarind.
In this recipe, I have used 1/2 raw mango and a tomato to get the required tanginess. But you can replace tomato also with raw mango.
We really enjoy the fish curry prepared in this way.
