Crispy Tilapia Fish Fry in Arabic Style
Tilapia fish is one the rich food in affordable price. It is called Jilepi fish in Tamil. It is nutritious with high fat, rich protein, iron and calcium like minerals. This fish tastes so good when fried properly. It is so soft inside even after frying it crispy. I was advised by the fisher man at the shop not to make curry with this fish, instead fry it for it to be tasty. I have combined the indian spices with arabic style fish fry.
