All you need is couple of sweet ripe mangoes and rest all ingredients are the same as simple kesari. If you like mangoes, then I am sure you will like this sweet mango kesari too.
For simple happy occasions at home, we can make this sweet to express our happiness.
I have moulded this kesari with heart shape which is completely optional. You can choose to serve immediately after its ready or use any mould to get the desired shape.
I added minimum amount of ghee needed. Use rava and ghee in 1:1 ratio if you like it in the restaurant style. You can adjust jaggery as per your taste and mango’s sweet. Jaggery is less sweeter than sugar and healthy. But, you can use sugar instead of jaggery if you prefer.
