The restaurant style garlic bread is favorite starter for many. This is one of the flavorful bread too. We can make garlic bread from scratch or we can make simple bread into butter garlic bread effortlessly. The taste is also not compromised and at the same time it is super quick.
Whenever we are hungry and want to make quick meal, bread comes for help. Simply spreading some butter on bread and heating in pan makes it delicious.

Spiced garlic bread
Ingredients
- 2 slices Milk bread
- 4 cloves Garlic crushed and finely chopped
- 30 g Butter
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves or parsley
- ¼ tsp Chilli flakes you can adjust as per your taste
- 1 pinch Pepper powder
Instructions
- Bring the butter to room temperature and soft. Or make it soft by pressing it well with spoon or fork.
- Add garlic, coriander leaves, chilli flakes and pepper powder.
- Mix well
- Apply this garlic butter mix on the bread pieces.
- In a preheated pan, place the buttered side of bread in pan and roast in low flame for 2 minutes.
- Flip the other side and roast for 2 minutes in low flame.
- Take out and slice the garlic bread in the shape you like and then serve with mayonnaise or ketchup.
