Salmon Vegetable Salad – How to make healthy easy salad
Vegetables with meat salad is always healthy option when you want to complement it with any meal or just to make it as a diet meal.
I have been experimenting with Salmon fish. I tried many dishes like fish fry, fish curry and even baked it with little spices. Each way it tasted unique and I loved the most when it’s baked perfectly.
Same way, I tried out to make the salad with baked Salmon. It came out perfectly yummy.
So, here I post the recipe of salmon vegetable salad. I hope you will also like it.
You can use the vegetables of your choice too. If you do not want to add any non-veg, you can skip it and make only the vegetable salad alone.

Required ingredients:
Salmon – 2 pieces (about 250g)
Corn – 1, boiled
Peanut – 1/4 cup, boiled
Celery – 3 stems
Broccoli – 1/2 flower
Beans – 10
Carrot – 1
Cucumber – 2 small
Capsicum -1 small
Tomato – 1
Parsley – 1/2 cup, chopped
Salt – 1 tsp, as required
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Oregano – 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1
Cloves – 2
Olive oil – 1 tbsp
Chopped Parsley – 1/2 cup
Salmon veg salad Preparation method with Pics:
- Steam cook beans, celery and broccoli for 5 minutes; It should be semi-cooked, not fully soft.
- Boil the corn and peanuts until they are soft. Bake or steam cook the salmon fish. Remove skin and bones; Take meat alone.
- Chop all the vegetables for 1 inch length.
- Heat Kadai and add few drops of oil. Add cloves, capsicum, chopped parsley stems and saute for a minute, then add Salmon meat and saute for another minute. Turn off the heat.
- Add cooked beans, celery, broccoli, corn, peanut, carrot, cucumber and tomato pieces. Add olive oil, salt and pepper powder; Then mix together.
- Add chopped parsley, lemon juice and oregano.
- Give it nice stir and serve.
Salmon Vegetable salad recipe
Ingredients
- 250 gram Salmon fish 2 pieces (about 250g)
- 1 cup corn boiled
- 1/4 cup peanut boiled
- 3 stems celery
- 1/2 flower broccoli
- 10 numbers beans
- 1 carrot
- 2 small cucumber
- 1 small capsicum
- 1 tomato sliced thin
- 1/2 cup parsley chop and keep the stems separately and leaves separately
- 1 tsp salt as required
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1 Lemon juice
- 2 cloves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Boil / Bake
