I hope you are all doing great. Here I come with yet another simple prawns recipe and it tastes really delicious. Your kids and family will love it.
This is very quick and ready in no time. If you want to make prawns fry in just 10 minutes with less ingredients and without compromising on taste, then you must try this.
When I prepared this prawns stir fry with sauces for first time, I was really happy for trying it this way. Everyone liked it as it is juicy, tingled with sweet and sourness of sauces.
You have to remember some points while cooking prawns. Prawns get cooked quickly in about 5 minutes time. So, you have to be near and take it from hot pan immediately after it is cooked. If you overcook prawns, it will turn rubbery and hard.

Prawns Sauces stir fry
Ingredients
- 100 g Prawns / Shrimp
- ½ inch Ginger Peeled and chopped
- 4 Cloves Garlic Chopped
- 2 Baby corns sliced
- 1 handful Coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Spiced plum sauce / Chilly sauce
- 1 tsp Tomato sauce
- ½ tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Water
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, mix the spiced sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce and water.
- Heat pan, add oil. Then add ginger and garlic chopped pieces.
- Saute for few seconds.
- Add Prawns and baby corn pieces and saute.
- As sauces will have salt in it, adjust the salt for prawns and corns as needed.
- After the prawns are semi cooked, add sauce mix.
- Saute until the prawns are cooked but still juicy.
- Now add coriander leaves and mix then serve hot.
