Rose tea recipe with Red rose petals and honey

- 1 Fresh Rose
- 1 tsp Raw honey
Pluck out petals from 1 fresh rose and wash them well.
In a tea making pot, add 1 and half cup of water and rose petals.
Bring it to boil and simmer it for 5 minutes or until the roses color completely runs off into the water.
Strain the tea to cup.
Add honey as per your taste.
- You can use any variety of roses to make this tea.
- You can add raw honey for the taste. This would be best option if you prefer sweet tea. Other options can be dates syrup or sugar.
- You could use dried rose petals as well in place of fresh petals. Just ensure that its dried in shadows that keeps its nutrients.
