American Green Salad with Indian spices

Healthy Greens and Vegetables with simple indian spices to make the green salad delicious and nutrient rich salad to make your day.

Ingredients
  

For Salad dressing

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 number Lemon juice Extract juice from fresh lemon
  • ½ tsp Pepper powder
  • ½ tsp Cumin powder
  • ¾ tsp Salt as per taste
  • ¼ tsp Chilli flakes
  • 4 cloves Garlic crushed and chopped finely
  • 1 handful Coriander leaves chopped

Vegetables for Salad

  • 1 Corn Boil and get seeds
  • ½ flower Broccoli Half cooked in steam
  • ½ Capsicum
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Kashmiri Green chilli less spice chilli
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1/2 cup Lettuce Chopped
  • 1 Tomato

Instructions
 

Prepare Salad dressing

  • Add the spices mentioned "for salad dressing" in a bowl along with lemon juice and olive oil.
  • Mix together and keep aside at least for 10 minutes allowing the spice flavors to get mixed well.

Prepare Salad

  • Chop all the vegetables into small cube pieces.
  • Add all the vegetables in a mixing bowl and mix together.
  • Add half of the salad dressing.
  • Mix together all vegetables and salad dressing.
  • Now add the remaining salad dressing.
  • Mix well and serve the healthy green salad.
