For Salad dressing
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 number Lemon juice Extract juice from fresh lemon
- ½ tsp Pepper powder
- ½ tsp Cumin powder
- ¾ tsp Salt as per taste
- ¼ tsp Chilli flakes
- 4 cloves Garlic crushed and chopped finely
- 1 handful Coriander leaves chopped
Vegetables for Salad
- 1 Corn Boil and get seeds
- ½ flower Broccoli Half cooked in steam
- ½ Capsicum
- 1 Onion
- 1 Kashmiri Green chilli less spice chilli
- 1 Carrot
- 1/2 cup Lettuce Chopped
- 1 Tomato
Prepare Salad
Chop all the vegetables into small cube pieces.
Add all the vegetables in a mixing bowl and mix together.
Add half of the salad dressing.
Mix together all vegetables and salad dressing.
Now add the remaining salad dressing.
Mix well and serve the healthy green salad.
