1tspCoriander seedsCrushed
1/2tspWhole pepperCoarsely crushed
1tbspCoriander leavesFor garnishing
1 or 2Green chillioptional, if you want it spicy
Instructions
Clean the prawns, remove the outer shell leaving its tail part. De-vein it.
Heat the Kadai and add oil.
Add mustard and urad dal, curry leaves. Fry for a minute. If you want to include green chilli, add it now.
Add onions and fry until onion turns transparent.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute until it's smell goes off.
Add required salt and saute for few seconds.
Now add the cleaned prawns and spread in the pan.
Add crushed pepper and crushed coriander seeds.
Flip around all the prawn pieces and cook for couple of minutes.
Again flip to other side and cook for another 1 or 2 minutes until the prawn is cooked.
Once the prawns are cooked, transfer to the plate and serve hot.

Notes
If you overcook the prawns, it will turn out rubbery. So, do not leave it in hot pan, once it is cooked; Transfer to a bowl or plate immediately and serve hot.
