Add oil in a pre-heated kadai. Then add cinnamon sticks, cloves, aniseed and cardamom powder.
Add finely chopped onion and saute for couple of minutes until it becomes transparent.
Now add ginger garlic paste, fennel seed powder and cook until ginger garlic's raw smell goes.
We can add chopped liver pieces and mix well.
Add salt, pepper powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and coriander powder.
Mix and Saute for couple of minutes and then add ghee now if you want to add ghee.
Cook covered for 10 minutes or until liver is cooked. Keep stirring in between.
Once liver is cooked, add coriander leaves and mix well then turn off the heat.
Serve the liver stir fry hot.
