Heat kadai, add vegetable oil. After oil is heated add cloves and cinnamon stick.
Add squid pieces, cumin powder, 1/2 tsp pepper powder and 1/4 tsp salt. Saute for 3 minutes.
Add chopped beans, mushroom, spring onion, broccoli, capsicum and celery. Cover and cook all in low flame for 5 minutes stirring in between.
Turn off the flame and then add cucumber, carrot, parsley and coriander leaves.
Squeeze the lemon juice, sprinkle the oregano, 1/2 tsp pepper and 3/4 tsp salt or as per your taste.
Mix them all together, sprinkle the olive oil and serve.
